Like many, we got started by working for other companies. In our case, we were fortunate enough to work for both small and big, national ones. We were able to see first-handed all the good, the bad and the ugly of the industry. How loyal customers were treated as just numbers, and how much lack of proper training and bad customer service is out there, which gives us all a bad name.
We founded POOL MATES to change all that.
Our mission is simple:

That says a lot. We know what we’re doing, and we’re dedicated to keeping your water healthy, your equipment in proper working order, and your pool sparkling clean and safe.

Our formal quality control program sets us apart. In addition to providing extensive and ongoing training for our pool care technicians, our Quality Control Manager personally checks on each pool that we service at least once each quarter.
When things don't go the way they should, we work tirelessly to make it right. We take it personal, and we don't stop until your pool and your equipment are both in optimal condition.
